Why is this occurring? | A known issue exists in Firefox wherein the the files that store information about the extensions you have installed have become corrupted following the restart of Firefox. The Mozilla Firefox team provides a series of steps to resolve the issue. Click Here for more information. NOTE: You will need to install ChunkIt! again after following the steps provided by Mozilla. |

| After installing TigerLogic ChunkIt! for Firefox on my Mac system, upon restarting Firefox I get an unexpected error message indicating that ChunkIt! is not properly installed. Why is this occurring? | TigerLogic ChunkIt! for Firefox is only supported for Mac users that have installed Firefox to the standard Applications folder. If Firefox has been installed to another folder or is being run from a mounted drive, ChunkIt! will not be allowed to install. To remedy this situation, uninstall Firefox and then re-install, ensuring that during the installation, you drag the Firefox icon to your Applications folder in the Mac Finder. |
| How do I install TigerLogic ChunkIt! for Firefox on my Mac system using the XPI file I downloaded/received? | If you downloaded TigerLogic ChunkIt! for Firefox using a browser other than Firefox, or if you received the XPI file in an email, you will need to manually start the installation. To start the installation, select File > Open from the File menu, then select the XPI file (wherever it resides, for example on your desktop or in your downloads folder) and click Open. |
