Frequently Asked Email Questions


I use Outlook Express as my email client. How do I select it to be used by TigerLogic ChunkIt! for sending Chunks? If Outlook Express is not already set as your default email client for Internet Explorer, you can change your settings using the following steps.
  1. Select Internet Options from the Internet Explorer Tools menu, then click the Programs tab.
  2. Select Outlook Express for both the E-mail and Newsgroups options.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.
When I click the Email Chunks link, why are the associated chunks placed in an attachment to my email instead of directly in the text of my email message? If your Mail Format setting for Outlook is set to Rich Text (instead of HTML or Plain Text), chunks will be added as attachments to your email, rather than placed in the text of the message. If you prefer to send chunks in the text of the email message, change the Mail Format setting for Outlook to either HTML or Plain Text.
